Pre-Workout Meal
Hey guys, welcome to another new article on fitness. Today we are going to talk about pre-workout food. If your goal is to gain weight or build muscles, then pre-workout food is very important. It fills your body with energy, along with this it keeps your performance in the gym better. Apart from this, if you eat before a workout, then it helps in reducing the protein breakdown in the muscles during exercise.
Well, if you are focused on losing weight then you can have something light in the pre-workout meal, or even don't have it, it's fine. But if you want to gain weight, then you must include a pre-workout meal in your routine. A pre-workout meal is very helpful in increasing our weight and muscles. So what should we eat before workout, here I will divide it into three categories;

1. Before 2 hour
2. Before 1 hour
3. Before 30 minutes
1. Before 2 hours:
If you hit the gym in the morning, here’s a list of foods that are perfect to eat before your workout -
2-3 Bananas
1 Apple
1 Cup oatmeal
1 cup oatmeal
Protein shake
Brown rice with chicken
2. Before 1 hour :
Now we'll talk about what we should eat before 1 hour from the gym. If you go to the gym in the morning, then such types of foods that are considered ideal to eat before a workout as;
2-3 Bananas
1 cup coffee
50-gm Black gram
15-20 gm Soybeans
If you go to the gym in the evening then these types of foods are considered ideal to eat before a workout;
1 cup oatmeal
100-gram chicken
2-3 egg white
3. Before 30 minutes :
Most people who go to the gym in the morning prefer to eat half an hour before. That’s why, now I am going to tell you what we should eat 30 minutes before a workout.
Protein shake
2-3 Eggs white and 1 whole egg
2 bananas
BCAA
And now if you go to the gym in the evening, then these types of food that you must eat before a workout;
Protein Shake
2-3 Eggs white
Yogurt
